Firm co-founder Ronald L. Moersch has substantial experience and expertise in the fields of business law, litigation, probate, trusts and estate planning, and real estate. He has has formulated creative solutions resolving legal issues for a variety of individuals and companies including startup, restructuring, business purchase and sale services, employment, litigation, and estate planning focused on growing, protecting, transferring and gifting assets through wills, trusts, limited liability companies, Sub-S corporations and other estate planning and wealth transfer strategies. Ron also has four decades of experience handling personal injury cases involving accidents such as auto, pedestrian and premises and medical malpractice.

Education and Family

Ron received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1980 and was admitted to the Minnesota Bar that same year. He is a graduate of Pomona College and holds an M.A. degree from the School of Theology in Claremont, California.

On a personal note, Ron is an avid gardener and frequent traveler to his home state of California. He is married to Alice Moersch, an International Baccalaureate consultant and retired elementary school teacher. Ron’s son, Tyler, holds a Ph.D. in chemistry and working with Velux Company and living in Arhus, Denmark. His younger son, Brandon, is a lawyer with Target Corporation living in Edina, Minnesota.
