Melody K. Pringle RP®, Paralegal and Office Manager
Melody Pringle is an important part of the management team at Hvistendahl, Moersch, Dorsey & Hahn where she performs the crucial tasks necessary to keep our law firm running smoothly. She originally joined the firm in 1990 as a legal assistant.
Over the years, Melody exhibited excellent legal knowledge and client communication skills, with a potential for further management development. Her accomplishments were recognized, and Melody was promoted to Office Manager in 2000. In that role she oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, supervises legal support staff, and is responsible for bookkeeping and financial reporting.
In an effort to maintain her high level of skills and knowledge, Melody became a Registered Paralegal® (a registered trademark of NFPA) in 2012. The RP® credential is achieved by having the requisite years of legal experience and passing the NFPA Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam (PACE), which gauges the competency level of experienced paralegals. This prized credential is only awarded to about 30 people each year, across the nation.
Melody is a member of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) and Minnesota Paralegal Association (MPA).
Family & Community Involvement
Melody and her husband Perry moved to Northfield in 1990 to raise their three children. Melody has always been an active community member. Past projects include serving as Cub Scout Den Leader, participating in the youth baseball and basketball programs, and volunteering at church and school. She is currently a member of the Bethel Lutheran Church Adult Choir, an active member of the Northfield Arts Guild, and a proud Grandparent.
