Biography: After graduating from law school in 1993, Mary Hahn joined a large construction litigation firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where she gained experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including general business litigation, construction disputes, labor and employment law, attorney malpractice, as well as appellate work. She was also active in different forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. After leaving Atlanta and moving to Northfield, Minnesota, in 2000, Mary joined Hvistendahl, Moersch & Dorsey, where she has continued her practice in civil litigation and appellate work. Mary’s husband is a professor of History at St. Olaf College in Northfield. The Hahns have two young children and Mary is an active volunteer at her children’s school.
